What you will do
- Support the development and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive product launches and business growth.
- Coordinate campaign planning by building timelines, managing deliverables, and identifying risks to ensure on-time and on-budget launches.
- Develop and refine compelling messaging and content for clinicians and patients, aligned with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage digital marketing tactics including websites, email campaigns, and social media content, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with product management, legal, clinical, and creative teams to execute cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in integrated marketing campaigns.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
- Must be able to work onsite at least 4 days a week in Minneapolis, MN.

- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Working knowledge of paid, organic, and programmatic social channel strategies.
- Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
