TL;DR

Sr. Integrated Marketing Specialist (Medtech): Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Structural Heart portfolio with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and campaign performance. Location: Minneapolis, MN. Must be based in the US and possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Salary: $94,400 - $141,600

What you will do

  • Support the development and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive product launches and business growth.
  • Coordinate campaign planning by building timelines, managing deliverables, and identifying risks to ensure on-time and on-budget launches.
  • Develop and refine compelling messaging and content for clinicians and patients, aligned with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage digital marketing tactics including websites, email campaigns, and social media content, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with product management, legal, clinical, and creative teams to execute cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
  • Must be able to work onsite at least 4 days a week in Minneapolis, MN.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Working knowledge of paid, organic, and programmatic social channel strategies.
  • Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
