TL;DR

Salary: $50,000–$56,000 per year. A separate compensation range of $48,800–$66,300 per year is also listed.

What you will do

  • Review home energy assessments and recommendations, identify appropriate trade allies, and coordinate bid requests.
  • Review bids, apply incentives, determine project eligibility, and guide approved work through contractor scheduling.
  • Coordinate a large portfolio of residential energy upgrade projects while supporting customers and contractors in English and Spanish.
  • Maintain Excel trackers, program data, documentation, reports, and incentive processing records.
  • Identify project roadblocks, support customer qualification, and coordinate follow-up communications and next steps.
  • Propose program enhancements and participate in community events focused on energy-saving practices and available programs.

Requirements

  • Residence in Oregon or Southwest Washington is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, or construction project management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, writing, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, independent working ability after training, and the ability to manage interruptions, stress, and tight deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer immigration or work authorization sponsorship.
