Shipping Specialist 1 (Logistics)

What you will do

• Ship outgoing materials, including preparing, labeling, and moving shipments using pallet jacks.
• Maintain inventory levels for kits and shipping supplies in coordination with the purchasing team.
• Perform data entry and inventory management using ERP software, preferably Microsoft GP.
• Pick and pack materials ensuring order accuracy and meeting strict delivery deadlines.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy within the shipping area.
• Assemble kits for outgoing shipments according to the current bill of materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• General computer proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL International Shipping.
