What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects, offering tailored solutions to clients.
• Spearhead business development efforts to engage new sectors and establish wins in local markets.
• Direct initiatives across Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Mission Critical Data Center solutions.
• Act as the primary representative for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all project aspects.
• Coordinate workflows between internal departments, third-party partners, and clients for seamless integration.
• Oversee the successful delivery of projects, including strategic planning, demolition, new construction, and interior fit-outs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering (Advanced degrees preferred).
• 5-10+ years of experience in Design and Construction within Mission Critical and Advanced Technologies sectors.
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects, including Ground Up, Build-To-Suit, and repurposing projects.
• Experience with P3/Primavera and Cost and Budget Estimating solutions.
• Expertise with municipalities, zoning, entitlements processes, and complex land use issues.

Nice to have

• PMP and LEED certifications.
• Knowledge and application of Six Sigma disciplined project management.
