Salary: $145,000 – $175,000

What you will do

• Lead and support operational due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out transactions.
• Assess manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and distribution operations to identify risks and value creation opportunities.
• Develop fact-based value creation roadmaps, including 100-day plans and measurable KPIs.
• Analyze cost structures to support initiatives in productivity, working capital enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Translate operational findings into investment-focused recommendations for executive leadership and private equity sponsors.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and lead engagement teams to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in operations consulting, operational due diligence, or performance improvement within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate operational findings into financial impact.
• Demonstrated experience working with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Ability and willingness to travel based on client needs.
• Previous consulting experience with a top-tier strategy or Big Four firm is preferred.
