Salary: $92,700 - $103,500 USD

What you will do
- Maintain and deepen relationships with cooperative purchasing organizations and state procurement officials.
- Identify and operationalize new procurement vehicles to close coverage gaps in priority states.
- Lead the early-stage activation and go-to-market strategy for the NASPO ValuePoint agreement.
- Provide per-territory acquisition pathway recommendations to support capture plans.
- Conduct competitive vehicle analysis to identify and mitigate potential procurement barriers.
- Coordinate across legal, finance, and business development teams to ensure compliance and vehicle readiness.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in procurement, contracts, business development, or government acquisition.
- Working knowledge of cooperative purchasing vehicles like NASPO ValuePoint, NCPA, or SEWP.
- Understanding of state and local government technology procurement cycles and sole-source pathways.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to operationalize complex contract vehicles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must reside in one of the specified states to be eligible for remote work.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with NASPO ValuePoint or large-scale cooperative agreements.
- Background in government contracting, procurement law, or public sector consulting.
- Familiarity with health and human services IT programs like SNAP, Medicaid, or UI.
