What you will do

• Deliver responsive, professional, and personalized service to all residents and partners.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, room assignments, and occupancy changes.
• Utilize operational systems for maintenance, housekeeping, and inspections to ensure smooth property flow.
• Partner closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations Leadership to resolve resident needs quickly.
• Support multiple communities, traveling between various properties within the Washington metropolitan area.
• Manage professional resident communication and conduct effective shift handovers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service (hospitality, retail, multifamily, or food & beverage).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone and correct grammar.
• Ability to learn and utilize operational technology and CRM systems.
• Must be based in Washington, DC and able to travel between assigned communities.
• Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
