What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Administer and optimize recruiting systems, workflows, and templates to support scalable hiring.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient progress against service levels.
• Support the implementation of recruiting tools, automation initiatives, and operational best practices.
• Build and maintain recruiting documentation, hiring plans, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Warsaw, or Gdansk.
• Experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Lever and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Offer contingent upon eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
