What you will do

• Support the Field Marketing Specialist in driving brand awareness and product trial on and around campus.
• Lead and motivate a team of Student Marketeers, providing in-field coaching and expert brand knowledge.
• Execute and oversee sampling missions using the 8-step sampling and P.I.P.E. techniques.
• Manage inventory, seedings, Mini fleet maintenance, and warehouse coordination.
• Collaborate on market-level recruitment plans and support the onboarding and training of new members.

Requirements

• Currently assigned the Student Marketeer – Generalist role with at least 6 months of experience
• Must be currently enrolled in a university or college
• Proven ability to lead projects and motivate team members.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Strong passion for the brand and deep product knowledge.
