TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles (Santa Monica HQ preferred, open to hybrid depending on fit)

What you will do

  • Set the strategic direction for Instagram by pitching new content formats, series, and channels.
  • Manage day-to-day publishing, content calendars, and caption copy across Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Provide creative direction and briefs to the design team from initial concept to final cut.
  • Attend hirify.global-powered live events to capture original photo, video, and interview content.
  • Support content marketing through research and outlines for blog posts and monthly newsletters.
  • Coordinate sponsorship activations, including design requests and asset tracking.

Requirements

  • Must be based in LA and able to work on-site part-time.
  • Active personal presence on social platforms, particularly Instagram, with a natural feel for performing content.
  • Strong writing skills for marketing copy, newsletters, and blog ideas.
  • Genuine passion for live events, including music, sports, and culture.
  • Proficiency or high interest in learning AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI).
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
