TL;DR

Manager, Field Marketing Strategy & Operations: Own the operational foundation that enables Field Marketing programs to grow, translating strategic priorities into repeatable execution with an accent on cross-functional program operations, measurement, and scaling. Focus on building systems for end-to-end field marketing execution, partnering with RevOps on attribution/CAC reporting, and continuously improving how programs are planned, executed, measured, and optimized.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $110,000-$130,000

What you will do

  • Own operational execution for Field Marketing programs, turning strategic vision into repeatable processes.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by improving how the team plans, executes, measures, and scales programs.
  • Lead end-to-end field marketing program delivery, from planning through execution and retrospective.
  • Partner with RevOps to evolve attribution models, CAC reporting, and program performance measurement.
  • Manage or evaluate marketing technology stacks to ensure tools work effectively for the team.
  • Provide people leadership (1–2 years experience) by developing talent and raising operational thinking across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote in the United States
  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or program/operations management in a B2B or revenue-driven environment.
  • Strong command of field marketing disciplines: events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential, regional, and account-based marketing.
  • Proven experience building and executing field marketing programs before moving into operational leadership.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end (planning → execution → retrospective).
  • Comfort working with data and partnering with RevOps on attribution, CAC reporting, and performance measurement.

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing or evaluating marketing technology stacks.
