What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end S&OP cycle for Make-to-Order (MTO) capital equipment, balancing demand and supply.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure feasible plans and customer commitments.
• Develop mid- and long-term supply network plans to optimize production footprints and capacity utilization.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning forums across the US, Mexico, and global operations.
• Lead scenario analysis and trade-off discussions regarding capacity constraints and supply risks.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks using Lean, Six Sigma, and WCM methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, or IBP within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Mexico; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.
• Experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) complex planning environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders within a global matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar ERP/APS systems.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (e.g., CSCP or CPIM).
