What you will do

• Monitor carrier/TPA performance and act as a primary liaison to resolve service issues.
• Conduct and facilitate claim reviews aligned with client service commitments.
• Provide claim advocacy on serious/specialty claims, including analysis and negotiation of coverage disputes.
• Support client onboarding and renewal processes to match risk management needs with appropriate products.
• Deliver loss analysis and recommendations to the production and Loss Control teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts through professional written and oral deliverables.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Insurance industry experience, specifically within Multi-Line Claims.
• Deep expertise in Commercial Lines Liability.
• Proven track record of handling large, litigated cases and coverage disputes.
• Extensive experience in client management and professional presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in North America to support the hybrid work model.
