Product Marketing Manager (Events): Developing attendee marketing strategies for a portfolio of global industry events with an accent on value propositions, pricing strategies, and acquisition initiatives. Location: Must be based in New York, NY, Boulder, CO, or Santa Monica, CA. Work format: Hybrid (in-person three days a week or more).
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute attendee marketing strategies for multiple event portfolios to drive growth and revenue.
- Craft attendee value propositions, including ticket pricing, add-ons, and product features.
- Design and implement retention and acquisition strategies to maximize lifetime value of high-value audiences.
- Leverage attendee intelligence and analytics to inform segmentation, targeting, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize the end-to-end attendee journey from acquisition to onsite experience to enhance satisfaction and NPS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, operations, and strategic insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or attendee marketing, specifically in GTM strategies and integrated campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Must be based in the USA (NY, CO, or CA) to comply with hybrid office requirements.
