What you will do

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Write clear, detailed, and technically sound user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to design and integrate technical solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience writing technical user stories and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), and delivery processes.
• Deep experience in the insurance industry (policy admin, claims, underwriting, or billing systems).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
