What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support strategic eCommerce transformations and the evolution of digital capabilities.
• Own and optimize the online ordering experience, focusing on product discovery, cart, checkout, and payment workflows.
• Partner with technical teams to define requirements for product catalogs, pricing, promotions, tax, shipping, and downstream system integrations.
• Guide scrum teams in delivering features on time and within budget through the creation of clear epics and user stories.
• Utilize analytics and customer feedback to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement in conversion and usability.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure product features satisfy customer needs before deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Waltham, MA.
• 3+ years of experience as a lead Product Owner in an Agile environment focused on large-scale strategic transformations.
• 3+ years of experience with eCommerce platforms, digital ordering workflows, or online customer experience solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate complex problems and solutions to both high-level non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience managing third-party vendors acting as extended members of a scrum team.

• Advanced degree.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, integrations, and data migrations.
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate customer behavior and ordering journeys.
