Salary: $109,000 - $147,000 per year

What you will do

• Standardize workforce planning processes, governance, and SOPs across Fleet Operations.
• Facilitate structured planning cadences involving Operations, Scheduling, Finance, and Recruiting.
• Translate staffing plans into executable activities for new launches and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to align workforce plans with budget cycles and labor investment evaluations.
• Build dashboards to track workforce utilization, scheduling effectiveness, and labor performance.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort in planning workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, WFM, or operations planning.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for dashboarding and data analysis.
• Proven experience supporting OP, MBR, and QBR planning cycles.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with both frontline teams and executive leadership.
• Hands-on experience with WFM platforms such as UKG, NICE, or Verint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance, or related field.

Nice to have

• Background in fleet operations, logistics, AV operations, or contact centers.
• Experience supporting 24/7 workforce operations.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
