Program Manager I (Defense)

Location: Middletown, Iowa, United States; onsite at the company office or worksite

Salary: $86,160–$129,240 per year

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate assigned programs under the direction of the Program Director.
• Coordinate contract administration, purchasing, production, cost control, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Communicate with customers about program status and resolve issues.
• Manage urgent contract, production, materials, and supply chain issues.
• Develop proposals and pricing strategies for new contract opportunities.
• Complete special projects as needed without direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a technical field.
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, SAP, and related software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Government Secret Clearance may be required.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or current passport, successful background screening, and ability to work regularly at the company office or worksite are required.
