TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000

What you will do

  • Partner with the Privacy Program Manager to refine and execute the company privacy program.
  • Manage compliance with privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and medical privacy regulations.
  • Conduct privacy risk reviews for new initiatives and support the vendor review process.
  • Develop and operate the AI governance program, including workflows and documentation.
  • Maintain an inventory of AI systems and monitor the evolving global AI regulatory landscape.
  • Coordinate strategic legal initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in legal project or program management with a focus on privacy or AI governance.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and delivering operational results.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or emerging AI regulation.
