What you will do

• Support and maintain IAM and SailPoint operations.
• Develop connectors, APIs, and automate identity lifecycle workflows.
• Monitor identity systems and support security incident response.
• Maintain governance, certification campaigns, and access controls.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Support cloud identity services and ensure system availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or applicable experience.
• 3+ years in Identity and Access Management roles.
• 5+ years with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and O365.
• 3+ years hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience with SAML, OID, OAuth, SCIM, MFA; Active Directory / MS Entra ID; PowerShell, Python, scripting, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP.
• Proficiency in custom connectors/adapters, JML workflows, user access certification campaigns; knowledge of Active Directory, MS Entra ID, Okta, security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, etc.).
