What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for large automotive dealerships using hirify.global’s AI products
  • Act as the quarterback for a regional territory, including 2–3 onsite dealership visits per week
  • Guide dealerships through their AI transformation and handle inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Drive product adoption and utilization using in-depth product and automotive industry knowledge
  • Proactively manage renewals and retention, including renewal-process engagement and regular customer check-ins
  • Relay product feedback cross-functionally to improve the platform

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States (California)
  • 5+ years customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management experience
  • 3+ years automotive experience
  • 3+ years B2B software experience
  • Ability to confidently communicate with customers at all levels (including CEO/Owners/VPs)
  • Technically adept with the ability to grasp complex software concepts quickly
