What you will do
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts ($100K+ ARR), driving retention, expansion, and executive relationships.
- Build stakeholder maps to identify decision-makers and the next expansion opportunities.
- Lead multi-team expansion beyond the CX buying center into Marketing, Returns, E-commerce, and Operations.
- Run executive-level strategic conversations that move contracts and direction toward commercial outcomes.
- Partner with AEs on commercial expansion and with PMs to translate account needs into roadmap influence.
- Win back at-risk accounts and counter competitive threats through value-led conversations.
Requirements
- Commercially driven, first-principles operator with a track record of measurable revenue ownership (upsells, cross-sells, expansions, renewals).
- Experience running C-suite/VP conversations that moved contracts (not just maintaining relationships).
- Ability to manage enterprise account complexity across multi-stakeholder organizations over multi-year relationships.
- Proven account win-back experience, including beating competitors head to head.
- AI-native mindset with real projects using tools like Claude Code (not just curiosity).
- Senior operator/leadership experience reporting into executive leadership (permanent senior operator role).
