Location: Hybrid in New York City, New York (3 days in office: Tue/Wed/Thu)
Salary: $110,000–$120,000 base, OTE $137,500–$150,000 + equity

What you will do
- Manage 30-40 enterprise accounts as the primary relationship holder for investment teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- Define success criteria and drive product adoption to ensure customers articulate the value provides.
- Lead data-driven QBRs and EBRs to align customer goals and build the case for renewal.
- Execute the end-to-end renewal process and identify growth/upsell opportunities based on investment strategies.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback for product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Advise customers on workflow configuration by developing deep Commercial Real Estate (CRE) subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a CSM at a B2B SaaS company with direct account ownership.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end renewals and upsell processes.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with multi-year contracts and executive-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading data-driven business reviews (QBR/EBR).
- Polished communication skills for interacting with CIOs and Heads of Acquisitions.
- Must be based in New York City, New York.
Nice to have
- Experience in CRE tech, proptech, or adjacent financial technology.
- Background supporting complex, configurable SaaS products requiring domain expertise.
- Familiarity with the CRE acquisition process.
- Experience with Salesforce.
