TL;DR

AI Contact Center Senior Consultant (AI/Product Management): Designing and delivering AI-enabled contact center solutions with an accent on conversational AI, digital self-service, and intelligent agent support. Focus on intent modeling, dialog design, and integrating generative AI to modernize customer interactions and agent productivity.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Seattle, or San Francisco. Ability to travel up to 50% or as needed.

Salary: $105,600 - $199,480

What you will do

  • Design and implement conversational AI solutions across voice and digital channels, focusing on intent modeling, dialog design, and self-service automation.
  • Lead product management activities including roadmap development, backlog definition, and feature prioritization for AI service capabilities.
  • Deliver AI-powered agent assist and modern agent desktop experiences integrating real-time knowledge retrieval and workflow orchestration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, engineering, and data to deploy scalable AI solutions.
  • Conduct client workshops and research emerging conversational AI technologies to inform solution development.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in consulting, product management, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
  • Proven experience supporting conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, or digital self-service implementations.
  • Familiarity with contact center platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, or Kore.ai.
  • Solid understanding of product management and agile delivery principles.
  • Strong AI literacy, including generative AI concepts and responsible AI principles (ethics, privacy, security).
