What you will do

  • Own the success and health of assigned strategic clients to increase engagement and mitigate churn.
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and internal voice of the customer.
  • Drive product adoption and usage throughout the customer journey, including training on MCP plugins.
  • Build and utilize custom AI-powered workflows to anticipate needs and uncover strategic opportunities.
  • Lead discovery around private liquidity and IPO advisory to engage clients with service offerings.
  • Collaborate with R&D and support teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Experienced negotiator with high EQ, capable of managing large renewals with procurement and finance teams.
  • Strong fluency in modern AI systems and comfort navigating technical environments like CLIs, APIs, and MCPs.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in venture capital or private equity.
  • Exposure to complex product offerings.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification.
  • Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight, Catalyst, or Churn Zero.
