What you will do
- Own Tier 2/Tier 3 escalations for payment processing failures, API integration issues, and SaaS platform bugs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across payment rails and internal systems including PostgreSQL and Firebase.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows to improve support team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface and resolve systemic issues.
- Maintain thorough documentation of issue patterns, root causes, and resolutions.
Requirements
- Must be located on the East Coast or available to work 9am–5pm EST
- 4+ years of experience in technical support or support engineering for SaaS products.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with payment processing systems (rails, processors, or reconciliation).
- Demonstrated experience building AI agents, LLM-based tools, or automation workflows.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Firebase, and JetAdmin.
- Strong ability to analyze API logs and execute database queries independently.
