Senior Integrated Content Marketing Strategist (B2B)

Location: Remote (Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru)

Salary: Base salary paid in USD + commission opportunities

What you will do

• Own end-to-end integrated content strategy across thought leadership, sales enablement, whitepapers, and messaging playbooks for B2B accounts.
• Lead content audits mapped to the B2B buyer journey using audience research and stakeholder interviews.
• Align content roadmaps directly to client revenue and pipeline goals.
• Optimize business operations through the deployment of AI technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Paid Media, SEO/AEO, and Creative teams.
• Manage a portfolio of 8-12 B2B client accounts, leading communications with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Integrated Content Marketing with direct client-facing experience.
• Advanced, fluent proficiency in spoken and written English (C1) is required.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and content operations.
• Strong experience with data analysis tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Figma, or Unbounce.
• Proven ability to define and defend a content thesis under scrutiny from C-suite executives.
• Background in journalism or copywriting is strongly preferred.
