What you will do

• Manage outsourced buyer operations and serve as the primary point of contact for supplier delivery and procurement escalations.
• Execute specialized supply chain programs to meet business objectives for global manufacturing sites.
• Own supplier procurement operations from forecast through delivery, including RFQs and master data setup.
• Manage PO placement and change management for capital equipment across a broad range of supplier accounts.
• Monitor supplier performance against delivery, quality, and ramp-specific KPIs.
• Collaborate across multiple time zones and provide first-level escalation support for site stakeholders in the APAC region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience (3+ years for Bachelor’s, 2+ years for Master’s).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex supplier relationships and execute operational strategies.
• Experience with SAP or similar procurement tools.
• Advanced English fluency required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
