Salary: $4,959.00 - $5,532.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Coordinate daily exam plans for students with disabilities, including room assignments, technology, and support staff.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise over 100 student invigilators.
- Analyze exam data and prepare statistical reports on service trends and challenges.
- Troubleshoot issues with the online exam management system and coordinate with technical support.
- Maintain professional correspondence with instructors, staff, and students regarding sensitive exam information.
- Provide direct onsite supervision during evening shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm).
Requirements
- High School graduation plus two years of post-secondary education and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Must be available to work daily from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, including some weekends and on-call shifts.
- Proven ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Intermediate proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in a university setting.
Nice to have
- Experience in a university academic environment with exam accommodations.
- Knowledge of the CUPE 2278 collective agreement.
- Experience supervising staff in a unionized setting.
