What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end customer journeys and sentiment to identify root causes of pain points.
• Integrate internal data and external market insights to provide a holistic view of customer experience.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence business priorities.
• Lead the design and improvement of frameworks for customer experience measurement and performance tracking.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and storytelling assets for KPIs.
• Champion a data-driven culture by mentoring colleagues in advanced analytics methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Significant experience in customer insights, analytics, or performance management roles.
• Expertise in advanced data analysis, sentiment measurement, and market intelligence.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the telecoms industry.
