What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop property management teams, including Property Managers and Senior Property Managers.
• Ensure property performance quality standards are upheld through regular audits and action plans.
• Lead new property transitions and oversee onboarding for new team members.
• Review annual property budgets and CAM reconciliations for accuracy.
• Collaborate on business development functions, including pitches to potential and existing clients.
• Serve on the leadership team for the assigned city and region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial property management experience required.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX or able to work onsite.
• Proven track record of leadership at the GM or VP level with staff development experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with operating budgets, capital budgets, and CAM reconciliations.
• Proficiency in real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or similar programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM or RPA designation is a plus.
