What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across a portfolio of communities to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and manage internal housekeeping staff and third-party cleaning vendors.
• Coordinate departure cleans, monthly cleanings, and special projects to support the Resident Ready process.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and audits, providing immediate coaching to maintain standards.
• Manage inventories of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment while controlling expenses.
• Monitor operational KPIs, labor utilization, and supply costs to improve profitability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, multifamily housing, or residential cleaning.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing housekeeping or operational teams.
• Experience managing third-party service providers.
• Valid, unrevoked driver's license (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability for flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
