What you will do

• Optimize team delivery and client engagement across multiple projects.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on roadmaps and technical expectations.
• Maintain regular 1:1s with contractors to ensure satisfaction, performance, and growth.
• Coach and mentor engineers on integrating Gen AI tools into daily workflows.
• Lead technical hiring strategy, including candidate evaluations and process automation.
• Partner with leadership on technical discovery, scoping, and proposal development for new projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading teams as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node, and Python.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading technical discovery.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level).
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools and their application.
