What you will do

• Manage recurring executive content programs including newsletters and rapid-response communications.
• Monitor LinkedIn daily to identify industry trends and relevant content opportunities.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights for executive thought leadership.
• Develop clear content recommendations and briefings tailored to executive objectives.
• Maintain and evolve social media enablement resources, playbooks, and toolkits.
• Build structured systems for tracking trends, content ideas, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience designing operational processes and content governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success supporting executive communications and senior stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, professional audience behaviors, and content formats.
• Strong social intelligence with the ability to connect platform trends to business priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating executive-ready briefs.

Nice to have

• Experience with social listening and analytics tools like Sprinklr or LinkedIn Analytics.
