What you will do

• Own and manage social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, including launching profiles for new AI products.
• Develop and execute a consistent editorial calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Create high-performing content including short-form video, carousels, and thought leadership posts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate company messaging into compelling social narratives.
• Manage executive social presence, including ghostwriting and engagement support.
• Track and report on social KPIs, conducting regular audits to optimize content strategy and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B technology company.
• Proven track record of growing audiences on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to make enterprise software sound human and engaging.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts like agentic AI and machine learning into accessible content.
• Experience managing executive social media programs and ghostwriting for senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr.

Nice to have

• Background in data engineering or software development.
• Experience marketing to both technical developers and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo for tracking pipeline contribution.
• Proficiency in video production and editing for short-form social content.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content production and workflows.
