What you will do

• Act as the strategic lead for multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Set and track content goals aligned with client objectives including awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Guide the content process from concept to execution, briefing creative teams and ensuring brand alignment.
• Collaborate with design, video, and influencer teams to produce social-first content.
• Write copy, storyboard content, and engage in community management to shape brand tone.
• Analyze performance data to adjust strategies and report on overall campaign impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in community or social media management with a focus on content creation.
• Proven track record of managing and growing social media presence for large B2C brands.
• Must have previous agency experience managing client relationships.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media management tools such as hirify.global, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
