What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of social media activity, including content, paid campaigns, and community engagement.
• Translate campaign plans into effective execution and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Act as a trusted client partner, presenting performance data and guiding strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, social-first content for platforms like TikTok and Reels.
• Manage and optimize paid social budgets across LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok to meet performance targets.
• Analyze performance metrics to connect social activity to employer brand and hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 5+ years of experience managing social media programs for brands or agencies.
• Proven track record in delivering both organic and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and paid social optimization.
• Strong background in content strategy, multi-channel storytelling, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
