What you will do

• Set and manage prices for pre-game and live in-play markets using in-house tools.
• Monitor real-time news, statistics, and industry pricing to guide trading decisions.
• Execute quick pricing adjustments during live games based on game flow and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with the broader Risk & Trading department to improve customer experience.
• Brainstorm new product features and betting market improvements.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and obtain a DGE license.
• Deep passion for NBA, MLB, NCAAF, NCAAB, or WNBA.
• Strong comfort with numbers, probability, and mental math.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to work late shifts (typically 2:30pm–10:30pm ET) and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with AI tooling.
