What you will do

• Merchandise and optimize Prediction Markets contracts and pages around live games, storylines, and marquee sporting moments.
• Monitor live sporting events and site performance in real time, adjusting content as games and news develop.
• Ensure on-site content is accurate, timely, and aligned with what sports fans care about.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech partners to improve tooling, workflows, and processes supporting Prediction Markets.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to protect the customer experience.
• Document formats, rules, and processes; identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of major sports leagues with a genuine interest in prediction markets and event-based contracts.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to improving the user experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as sports demand.
