What you will do

• Operate advanced access control and CCTV technology for retail sportsbooks and corporate offices.
• Monitor sportsbook activities and personnel to detect and deter fraud, theft, or suspicious behavior.
• Review, archive, and manage video evidence for security and compliance.
• Identify and report system malfunctions to maintain surveillance integrity.
• Train new team members and contribute to continuous departmental training.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and gaming authorities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in security or remote surveillance, or a degree in Criminal Justice.
• Ability to obtain required gaming license(s).
• Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to rotate between day and night shifts quarterly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Docs.

• Previous experience working in a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC).
