What you will do

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans focused on dental laboratory growth.
• Adapt global campaigns and sales assets for the North American market.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and workflow solutions.
• Partner with Academy teams to promote educational programs and webinars.
• Manage social media presence and content strategy for the Design Services team.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage insights to optimize marketing execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the New Providence, NJ office.
• Strong understanding of the dental laboratory ecosystem and CAD/CAM workflows.
• Experience with integrated marketing programs and digital engagement.
• Knowledge of medical device regulatory environments.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within North America.
