What you will do

• Research on-chain protocols and decentralized finance mechanisms.
• Run data-driven experiments to improve understanding of DeFi markets.
• Analyze protocol microstructure and design mechanisms.
• Work across multiple codebases and programming languages.
• Collaborate with experienced traders and developers to challenge ideas and pursue new areas of inquiry.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one of Rust or Python.
• Comfort working in Linux environments and using Git.
• Experience with programmatic statistical analysis and strong quantitative or analytical skills.
• High-level understanding of high-frequency market-making strategies.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and EVM mechanics.
• Familiarity with smart-contract development and the Foundry toolkit.
