Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary (3 days office, 2 days home)

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported technical issues and service requests.
- Triage and assign incidents, track progress, and ensure timely resolution based on SLA targets.
- Coordinate and escalate complex issues with technical resolver groups to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on all cases until closure.
- Keep users and internal teams informed with clear and timely updates on incident progress.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
- Flexibility to support rotating shift work, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT environments or willingness to learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience with network monitoring or troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Cisco technologies or certifications.
