Salary: $126,718 – $190,078 (US) / $109,693 – $164,539 (CAD) per year

What you will do

• Act as the Product Owner, guiding the engineering team and actively managing the product story backlog.
• Drive the integration of AI and AI technologies into new SaaS-based product offerings.
• Translate customer end-to-end workflows into actionable product requirements to streamline user experience.
• Represent the voice of the customer to define development priorities and the "definition of done".
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UI teams and stakeholders to ensure workflow specifications are detailed before development.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for product-team efforts during sprint reviews and technology demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design or management.
• Knowledge of cloud technology and IT security is a must.
• Proficiency in managing products through an Agile development process.
• Ability to travel to customer sites worldwide (approximately 15%).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with worldwide teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of workflows for TV, Film, and Post Production.
• Expertise in data science, mathematics, or machine learning.
• Ability to write code or notebooks, particularly in Python.
• Experience with on-prem to cloud transitions, including hybrid scenarios.
• Domain expertise in video editing, music production, or broadcasting.
