What you will do
- Conduct outreach to eligible client populations and provide individualized navigation support.
- Coordinate referrals to accredited immigration legal services, healthcare partners, and other support services.
- Assist clients with scheduling intake appointments and navigating logistical needs like transportation and interpretation.
- Empower clients to build confidence and self-sufficiency in managing future processes independently.
- Maintain accurate tracking systems to monitor client progress, referrals, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal coworkers and external community partners to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in human services, community navigation, or nonprofit programs.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools for data entry.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with a trauma-informed approach.
