What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing continuous feedback and documentation.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and provide hands-on training through observation.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive records.
• Coordinate care with community providers and lead crisis intervention efforts.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agencies.
• Facilitate weekly supervision sessions and lead treatment team meetings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Columbia, TN
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Valid licensure such as LPC, LADAC I/II, LCSW, or LMSW.
• Willingness to pursue licensure/certification if not already licensed at the time of hire.
• Ability to handle high-stress levels and variable workloads in a medical office environment.
