What you will do
- Shape the functional strategy for clinical operations by aligning with business objectives and cross-functional priorities.
- Own the portfolio roadmap, driving annual planning and identifying key infrastructure needs for quality and scale.
- Partner with the CMO to establish clinical governance frameworks, documentation standards, and consent processes.
- Build end-to-end incident management processes, from reporting to remediation.
- Design credentialing and licensing infrastructure to ensure multi-state compliance.
- Lead capacity planning, resourcing, and performance management for the US clinical team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience in a Senior Manager or Director-level capacity within a complex operational domain.
- Deep experience in clinical operations or health service delivery, ideally in a regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to define and own compliance frameworks and manage clinical risk.
- Strong builder mindset with a track record of implementing structural changes to process or tooling.
- Exceptional ability to build alignment and influence senior functional leaders.
