What you will do

• Manage KYC and onboarding operations, including verification and error resolution.
• Monitor and manage payout operations, investigating failures and resolving negative balances.
• Oversee churn monitoring and ensure clean offboarding for departing venues.
• Perform daily operational monitoring to identify and fix anomalies.
• Build, document, and improve operational processes for financial services products.
• Work hands-on with spreadsheets and payments platform admin tools.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in payments operations, banking, fintech, or KYC/CDD.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies.
• Strong autonomy and ownership of tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and admin tooling.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on building repeatable workflows.
