Senior Manufacturing Team Lead II

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States; onsite cleanroom work required

Salary: $89,250–$131,000 base annual salary

What you will do

• Lead on-shift production execution across assigned manufacturing work centers.
• Own volume output, quality, cost performance, staffing, and operational stability.
• Lead and develop team leads, module specialists, technicians, and other production employees.
• Prepare processes, infrastructure, and training for new product introduction and production ramp-up.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, quality, 4C, A3, Quick Win, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, logistics, quality, safety, and customer support teams to remove bottlenecks and report risks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of people management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, production management, and Lean Manufacturing; Lean Yellow Belt or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, or ERP software.
• Must work in a cleanroom environment using full PPE and be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export regulations.
