Operations Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, California, United States. U.S. work authorization or eligibility to obtain required ITAR authorizations is required.

Salary: $116K–$180K per year.

What you will do

• Develop and roll out business processes, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and resources across stakeholders and programs.
• Set up integrated scheduling and planning processes across systems, using automation to scale operations efficiently.
• Drive adoption of business processes and frameworks by creating tactical implementation resources and championing best practices.
• Create and validate dashboards, metrics, and operations models, including labor standards and capacity models, and use proactive insights to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and program managers to understand workflows, identify pain points, and influence operational change.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, transformation, industrial engineering, change management, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience defining and implementing business processes in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.
• Process-oriented thinking with a business-impact mindset.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR is required.
